'We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...

'It was clean but a bit further from Manchester than expected. There’s an easy bus system however, so it’s not a very big deal. Only other complaint is that the bunk bed room is a bit more cramped than it seems in the pictures. Overall a nice spot to stay for a few days.'

'The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward. Overall a very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Thank you!'
