'We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing.
We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised.
After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...
