'Definitively not perfect, but very good price for money ratio.'

'Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid.'

'A lovely hotel, room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, parking was plentiful, the staff are welcoming and a nice surprise was the huge spa bath/pool in our room which was used several times absolute heaven! Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to the restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'
