'Absolutely awful stay, although it must have been a great hotel to stay 20 years ago. It’s nothing like that anymore and nothing like that. Rooms are enormously old, reception is unfriendly and not showing that they don’t want to work there. Extra: I have received a parking fine even though I submitted my car registration number. After multiple times of contacting the hotel. Promising cancellations of the fine, nothing has been done.'

'Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx'

'Over het algemeen was het een goede ervaring. Helaas was er niet op voorhand verteld dat de kinderen pas na 10 uur in het zwembad mochten en dat om 10.15 aqualessen zouden zijn waardoor ze maar 15 minuutjes konden zwemmen. '

'Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention. The second day was less relaxing, as a large event caused corridor noise late into the evening. Our pool visit was also disappointing due to disruptive behaviour from leisure members, which the staff...
