'１、建物自体は３０年以上とのことで多少古びた感じがありますが、その分部屋は窮屈さがありません。トイレのドアや洗面ボウルなどに古さを感じます。 ２、しかし、設備面は結構細やかに改修を重ねられている様子で快適でした。例えばWI-FI、充電用コンセント、エアコン調節つまみ、ベッドの照明スイッチパネル、十分な水量が出るシャワー（５Fでしたが）、冷蔵庫も無音タイプで睡眠に邪魔しないなど。 ３、エコ面に配慮され、室内にアメニティはなくフロント側で各自調達する方法は無駄がない。コーヒーやお茶パックも必要なだけ取れます。 ４、フロントの対応も親切でした。'

'I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional feel of the suite, the bathroom was my favorite part. Access to a balcony was welcomed, the beds were comfy, and the room was quite spacious. The location is very close to the Awa Odori festival, shrines, and restaurants. The hostess spoke very good English and was a very sweet woman. The price was only expensive because I had booked explicitly for the Awa Odori, but that is to be expected for such a grand festival and being so close.'
