'Very well located just outside Hakata Train Station. Excellent buffet breakfast. There is also a cozy cafe where you can have tea, coffee & cake (try the matcha cake or the melon tart!). Rooms are tiny (quite frequent in Japan) but everything is there. A bunch of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Also well located if you want to book an excursion because pick up point is in front of the hotel!'

'Gelegen vlak naast een shopping mall met fonteinen, en als ik er was een soort klank en lichtspel met die fonteinen, die je kon horen en zien van de kamer. '

'Fijn (business) hotel. Zeer centraal gelegen; vlakbij het station. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar wel efficient. Wij hadden een kamer met een kitchenette en een eigen wasmachine/droger. Ideaal. Het hotel ligt naast de spoorlijn. Het uitzicht op de treinen is leuk. Het enige nadeel is dat je ze wel hoort in je kamer. '

'Services of front desk staff are excellent and commendable. They are not only courteous, responsive but also very helpful. For some reasons, we need a room closer to the lift and the staff kindly arranged the room for me. As it was too early for check in, I left my luggage there and surprisingly the staff already helped me placing the luggage in room for our check in and it was only 1pm.
