'The house was lovely and clean and is really handy for buses out to Skegness or Mablethorpe as well as a short wander to the shops/ pub/ beach.The garden was a particular high spot and our dog loved it. We had everything we needed and didn't bother driving out to do a "big shop" as the co-op and spar are so close by. '

'It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.'
