« All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

« This property was very dirty when I arrived you sent someone to clean kitchen and bathroom, the dirty walls, skirting boards, paint chips everywhere broken tiles in bathroom, grout in bathroom had gone and in between it was just black this was advised as being able to sleep three people I was travelling alone no where for luggage tiny little unit like a dolls house the fridge was down in a corner under a bench.No tea towels to wipe dishes, bath mat was full of holes I would not recommend this...

« Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island. »

"Chambre propre. J’ai dormi sur le sofa qui n’était pas confortable du tout. Le Check-in a été long, mais personnel serviable. La salle d’eau ridiculement petite et datée. hôtel bien situé"

"I had a bedroom with a large two persons bed and a window. The room was more spacious that I anticipated, the bathroom.was very clean and so was the room. I know I will be coming back to this hotel when I'll be in London again, there was nothing amiss and the people working here were very nice when I checked in despite my poor English and my clumsiness. I highly recommend this place."

"Excellent séjour. Chambre silencieuse, matelas très confortables, climatisation, produits de toilette. J'ai obtenu un sèche cheveux en demandant à l'accueil. Serviettes changées chaque jour. Bouilloire à disposition avec café, thé et spéculos. Accueil agréable. Petit déjeuner très correct offert nous a permis de faire des économies sur notre séjour."
