« tres bon hotel , personnel gentil »

« Bon lit mais douche défectueuse. Situation calme dans la nature mais très isolée. Breakfast très décevant. Préférable de ne pas l'annoncer ni même d'en offrir le bag. »

« The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . This place is not manned re the hotel side of it so you need to check in at the bar where there was one young girl manning even tho there was a 40th all travellers birthday party and a...

« Magnifique endroit en pleine campagne, calme. Accueil très agréable, délicieux petit déjeuner à l’anglaise dans une salle à manger très belle. Très jolie chambre, petit bémol juste pour la literie un peu trop dur pour moi mais pour mon mari pas de souci. »

« The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

« All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

« Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island. »

« Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area. »

« Very cute and in a quiet peaceful location with plenty of wildlife. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and had everything I needed. »
