« Tatsuno is a charming, former samurai town that is easily explored on foot. We were in the area to visit the Hijemi Castle, and were very happy to be in Tatsuno, away from the bustle of tourists. The machiya is large, beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable...we could spread out and relax. We loved our short stay in the refurbished traditional home.
