« Our stay at Karen and Jeff's Villa was just what we needed. The space was very comfortable, and the views were amazing, as promised. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in. The road to the house was steep and took some adjusting to, but we adapted quickly and appreciated the quiet and privacy. Karen and Jeff were very helpful and welcoming, and we hope to visit again in the future! »

It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! « Beautiful property. The drive is extremely challenging. You absolutely need a four wheel drive vehicle. The view is amazing. Dwight guided me through check-in process and drove to the property to solve a problem with my bed.. I highly recommend this property. »

« We very much enjoyed the picturesque seascape and the view of all of the surrounding islands. We liked being on the quiet side of the island away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Being high up on the mountain we had a steady seabreeze. Our host was gracious and told us places to go and things to do. »

« Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. « Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it.
