« The house the roads to the house were very manageable (not a steep drive). The house was clean, had needed items, and had amazing views. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and hearing the ocean at night was a huge plus! Mosquitos in the house were annoying but two zappers were provided. The AC unit in the master started leaking water (annoying) by Dwight did what he could to get AC maintenance to the house. »

« Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

« We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! »

« We loved our first stay here. The bungalow was perfect for two with a gorgeous view right from bed. The pool and outdoor showers were private and so nice each morning or night under the stars with the lights turned off. Loved sitting on the porch as I am now listening to jazz with my coffee and my love. So much wildlife around too! Roosters, donkeys, cats, goats stopping by our pool and birds. Very close to Francis and Maho! Just a great stay. Went to skinny legs for great food and service...

« My daughter and I had a great time exploring St. John and we definitely were glad to stay on the quieter side of the island. “Garden of Eden” was a great location for us, we could easily walk to Skinny Legs for dinner and a little further walk were other restaurants and coffee place. Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....
