'Rooms were not as promised on the pictures. The breakfast was not good.'

'Iris Hotel is well.sotuated for the North Shore prom. It's a bit dated, and the beds were rock-hard, like sleeping on a table. The family rooms are directly off of the bar area (though this was closed) and main lobby. The lack of fans/Aircon compounded these issues and meant for a very sleepless night. The breakfast options were very limited.'

'Zeer goed hotel. Indien je een kamer krijgt naast de lift, gelieve onmiddellijk een andere kamer te vragen. Je hoort de lift constant in je kamer. We kregen direct een andere kamer. Goed restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. '

'Hotel is in great location, some things slightly dated in the hotel but great location. When booking ran reception and was just quoted price Expedia were offering, surely booking directly should be cheaper.'

'Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty.'

'Bryn-y-Mor is the finest B&B in Llandudno, Lisa and Daren are great hosts, friendly flexible and amenable. The hotel is in a prime location near the Pier, Great Orme, promenade and town centre. The hotel is modern whilst retaining a Victorian charm. Great cooked breakfast, and they will do you a packed breakfast if you need to leave early. We’ve stayed 4 times, not the last.'
