'This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in a long time. It was spotless really comfortable we had a massive bed and the view from our window was fantastic. 'This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...

'This an excellent hotel all the staff are brilliant the hotel is spacious and clean it allows well behaved dogs which was great for us as we took our 18month old beagle with us. Our bedroom was a little dated but thats a sign of the times. The beds were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom the breakfast was very good with fruit juice then cereal, then a full english breakfast plus toast we would definately stay there again when next in llandudno'
