« Overall, the apartment was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Access to the property was straightforward, but using a long number code for entry instead of a traditional key felt a bit inconvenient and tedious after a while. « Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on...
