'We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal...'

'Super hotel, gelegen in het centrum van de stad. De kamers zijn standaard uitgerust met keuken en zithoek. Het bed is heel comfortabel. De badkamer prima. Veel ruimte en leuk aangekleed. Op maandag en woensdagavond is er gedurende anderhalf uur een hapjesbar voorzien. Op dinsdagavond een kleine warme maaltijd met gratis frisdranken en fruit. Het ontbijt is ok. Zeker aan te bevelen plaats en zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.'

'We stayed near the airport due to weather issues. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, exactly what we needed from an airport hotel. The staff were excellent. And it was so nice when we arrived really late and there was a shelf where we could buy snacks. The waterslide was a big hit the next morning. Based on her reports, it was an amazing waterslide. '
