I booked this room 4 months prior to my stay and was prepared to pay for the room at that time. The listing stated that they required payment at checkin. 4 days before the stay reception called to verify that I still required the room. The morning of the stay they called again and told me that they could not guarantee the room because payment hadn't been received. They had me orally give them my credit card info even though it had been entered upon booking. 5 times i was told that the hotel was sold out for that night. There was much unnecessary stress caused prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, the parking lot was locked and there was no dedicated drop off location causing more confusion, the reception area was quite congested with displays and tables dedicated to convention rooms. Overall it wasn't a very welcoming experience and I would choose to stay elsewhere next visit.
