'The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking.'

'Cozy 2br/1ba unique rental. The host was very communicative and responsive, very quiet area as well. The city it is in is small and there are not many dining places or grocery stores, but the rental price was good and fairly priced for the area. '

I always appreciate a welcome book, so I don’t have to refer to my phone for everything and other guests can access information easily. I think that would be a nice touch. A little more furniture- such as vanity in a couple the bedrooms would be helpful, since there is only two bathrooms with limited counter space.
