'Was on a solo motorcycle tour. Likes; very convenient to “Mayberry” touristy locations, lol, hot breakfast was good, staff are very responsive ( had a moth fly in, couldn’t reach it, they sent a staff member, catch and release, lol). Dislikes; not a total biggie deal breaker. Retired now, but worked construction back in the day, so I get it, lol. There were construction crews staying all over. I had neighbors 2 doors down. 'Great value for price. Pools and hot tub were clean and correct temperatures. They are renovating the hotel. Our room was great but furniture was very, very outdated. Bed was clean and comfortable. '

'We had an outstanding time. The owners greeted us outside to welcome us in. Very nice people. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the charm and history of the home. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay, beats a hotel by a mile. We can’t wait to go back!!!'

'It was clean. The person at the front deskwas not the friendliest. The other employees we came in contact with were very nice. It was confusing because the sign said Econo Lodge, and then when we register Knights Inn but on my card statement, it said Eco Lodge. It had a phone but was not connected to anything and no buttons. It was OK. It’s just old and needs some work. '

'This property is well maintained and so peaceful. It is a wonderful place to unplug and just enjoy each other. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable.'

'We really enjoyed being close to Pilot Mtn State Park and family in Winston-Salem. This is a cozy little house and met our needs. Thank you. '

'second stay here! Check in and out is super easy. They had it nice and cool when i got there too which was nice cause it was 100 outside! close to trails; walking distance and a lot in driving distance as well. has what you’d need to make a meal in the kitchen but close to town. my only real sugguestion would be to replace the outdoor furniture. it’s not really usable. the front are metal and super hot in the summer and the back ones are just tore up pretty bad. but even if that wasn’t replaced...
