« A beautiful little place in one of Virginia’s high country valleys, the cabin is cozy and comfortable glamping. Excellent stargazing as advertised and not far from the Appalachian trail and Grayson Highlands depending on where you are traveling to. It is a bit remote and no cell service but the Wi-fi works well so it’s no problem. »

« This Rental was very nice.It was nicely decorate, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decks and the rushing creek was an extra bonus also the smell of the water was special. The fishing was good and the men enjoyed it !! We loved our stay and hope to do it again. »

« Excellent stay!!! Wifi is spotty and phone service is nonexistent so make sure you have other means of communication already downloaded on your phone. I do have to said that we (12 cousins) did not miss our phones at all, it give us a means of connecting with the family that we hadn’t seen since Covid. »

« The Cottage and the property were both outstanding. The home had everything you could possibly need plus the owner, Lisa, had little extras such as snacks in the refrigerator. The property is absolutely beautiful and the creek out front was soothing to the soul. We saw deer, geese and all kinds of pretty birds. « My kids and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay in the Copper Top Cottage. Sunrises and coffee on the porch were lovely. Laurel Creek out back was fun to explore. Blankets and beds were ample and cozy. Layout was perfect for our family. The cabin is in close proximity to all that was on our to-do list: biking the Virginia Creeper trail, hiking around White-top Mountain and Grayson Highlands State Park, and seeing wild ponies multiple times.
