'The saving grace of our stay was that we checked in late (@9pm) and had to leave early (4am). The property website is VERY deceiving. The rooms are not in the large columned building but in row/motel style buildings to the side and rear. The room smelled faintly of smoke, despite the small "no smoking" sign on the desk. 'While the property had multiple signs that it was in the middle of a remodel the place was terribly unclean. The hallways smelled of smoke, the vent in the bathroom was caked in mold and dirt, the bathroom floors were dirty when we checked in, and the toilet was barely mounted to the floor and moving. The room cleaning staff and cafeteria attendant were amazingly helpful but the evening front desk attendant was passively rude and seemed that when we asked questions we were an inconvenience...

'Clean room. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly. Close to several different food choices. Breakfast was standard fare for hotels in this chain.'

'Fijn hotel om naar Shenandoah national park te gaan. Paar eetgelegenheden (chinees, Denny's en Mc donalds) op loopafstand en er zit ook een grote supermarkt op 2 minuten rijden. Toen we onze hotelkamer op kwamen was deze nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit hadden we gemeld en kregen 45 minuten later een andere kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Prima opgelost.'

'This place was bad. When we arrived there was vomit in the sink of one room and bloodstains on one of the beds in the other. Poorly maintained and smelled of cigarettes and mold.'

'Nice cabin. supplied bed linens and towels in bags. Kitchen had everything you needed. Ac worked great. Only complaint was the arcade games didn’t work and took your money.'

'Wonderful place! It was clean, has nice amenities like the tub and sauna. It was well decorated and the couch is so comfy! Lastly, it has everything we needed. We would come back again. Highly recommended.'
