'Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.'

'The drive was somewhat hidden going through the alley. It was very clearly explained though. Accommodations were good.'

'Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.'

'The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!'

'The house worked for us, but to someone who needs everything to be top notch, this was not the place. Overall it was clean and perfectly livable for us. There is a ton of work that needs to be done to bring the house up to the standards that it should be. The front door was filthy and needs work. The back door needs work. The bathroom door is coming apart and needs replaced. Paint throughout the house needs to be addressed. The trim around the front door area needs attention. The hallway floor...
