'This place is on its last legs. Front door doesn’t work, nothing on the inside has changed in years, siding on outside is falling apart. Needs lots of renovation. It just looks like all the hotels in this area of Franklin, run down. The beds were clean but the rooms are old and in need of repair. Plus was that I didn’t pay that much. I would just say don’t stay in Franklin if you don’t have to, stay in Columbus, Edinburgh, or Greenwood.'

'Thin walls allowed noises from neighbors and hallway to be annoying. Could hear TV’s and coughing and snoring. Other than that it was a good stay for the cost.'

'Property is in poor condition. Tiles coming up in the bathroom floor were a cut hazard. Tiles were so bad the door wouldn’t shut freely because the tiles stuck up so bad. Door facing showed signs of prying. Air conditioning front cover was missing all the vents and held on with tape. Ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. Pillows were almost flat.'

It is in a country setting, yet within easy access of restaurants and shopping. The hosts have provided all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Thank You!'

'It was a cheap and usefull stay for my INDY 500 Visit, Good Bed Warm Shower All you need for a stop over, and ofcourse Free Wifi, Als always American breakfast are rubbisch, Fruitloops and Muffins , A good option was the indoor POOL COOL extra!'
