'Shower was broken. Didn’t work. Left two messages for manager to call. We really should get a credit of sorts. Still no call. Was ice cold unless you held up. Reported to desk who said since third party that we needed to tell manager. Makes me think twice about booking through Expedia and also realizing management terrible at this hotel. We drove 8 hours and couldn’t take a nice shower '

'The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.'

'The host was very kind. However, we felt the home did not meet our expectations. We were not able to get into the home because the door lock had died, but the host met us at the house a couple hours later and let us in. We were also really looking forward to using the hot tub, however, it had to be repaired and by the time it was fixed, it was time for us to leave.
