'Very monotone energy. NO PARKING. No tvs in the room. Balcony very small and no smoking allowed even on the tiny space outside I wouldn’t even call a balcony! Views are amazing.'

'Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

'the location was great as far as distance to our daughter's university, however, for the price paid, we were shocked about the housekeeping noise level at 9am on a Sunday morning that woke us all up. The banging and noise level was unacceptable. I can understand the need to turn over the room, however, they are really not set up as a hotel. Room floor was dusty and dirty as evidenced by the bottom of our socks. Will never stay here again for the price. Management needs to get their act...

'The pictures were accurate. Our host communicated with us in a timely manner. Everything was as it said it was going to be everything in the house worked and made sense. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be staying at this location again when we come in into Dover.'

'An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.'

'Nice, unique property. Well equipped. Would be great for a large group.'

'Het was niet schoon. Verder wel veel ruimte maar minimalistisch ingericht. Eettafel ontbrak. '

'Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! '

'Perfect for the dog, clean, host was fantastic'

'Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.'
