'Very kind staff, pool & room was very ok. Were very open for an early check in or a late checkout when possible.'

'It was great!'

'Toilet difficult to flush. Sink was slow to drain. Toilet paper holder just spins on the wall and roll falls off. Bathroom needs upkeep or remodeling. Overcharged for bottles of water and chips at the front desk.'

'Staff was great at check in. Good location. Tv remote was missing and room smelled a little weird'

'Clean room'

'Clean hotel, Kind staff. Hairdryer and TV did not work, I had a room next to a machine room, which was not ideal with a lot of noise during the night. '

'Great stay for the price!! Finally a television with regular channels that was clear and easy to watch what we looked for!!! Clean and comfortable.'

'The staff were very accommodating. Chris had outstanding customer service and made us fell very welcome. I brought me two children with me and he was always very patient, even when my 3 year old was a little chaotic. This was our first time staying on the Council Bluffs side when visiting Omaha and we will definitely do it again. We had a far better experience here than at some of the other, more expensive stays in the Omaha side.'
