'we felt very welcome at Pam's ranch. First a tour of the house, then to our room. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed a nice cigar on the porch. We slept wonderfully in the bunk beds between the western saddles. Luckily with an electric blanket, it was chilling this night. Bathroom completely in style. The picture complete. Delicious breakfast with stories about the ranchbrand…great. Also nice to meet other guests in the main house. We met the horses and rode the ranch trick in the fields!...

'The cabin was amazing and very comfortable for a large group. The lake was also very picturesque and well managed. The biggest issue I have with this rental is that fact that neither of the pools are available for the renters. You must pay at both pools and we were charged FULL price at one of the pools, the Big Canoe Recreation ($140 for a group of 8 people!!) On our next to last day we finally located the Wild Cat Rec Park where another paid pool was located. This one was much more reasonable...

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. 'It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.'

'The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked '
