'Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four...

'Cute little cottage, we've stayed at a few VRBO properties and this one comes stocked with snacks, beverages, soaps, shampoos, razors, toothbrushes, mouthwash, comfy bathrobes, wonderful towels and linens. The hot tub is marvelous. The sun room was outfitted with a pack n play, day beds and toys, but as a father of three I would not bring infants or kids under five here. There are lots of wonderful little knick knacks everywhere that little hands could find and destroy. '

'The house was very roomy and comfortable inside. The basement pool table and ping pong table were in excellent condition. All shopping and restaurants are about 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the isolation. More outside chairs would have allowed us to enjoy the covered porch. '

'Didn't bring pets but there were instructions for pets. Just a very welcoming and warm cozy home. Can't say enough about the owner either. Very responsive anytime I messaged her for anything. '
