I have never stayed in a more beautiful, comfortable home. It was luxurious with an unbelievable kitchen, thick, fluffy towels and divine beds that wrapped you in crisp linens.The fire pit and hot tub sent this place over the top!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous farmhouse. It was exceptionally clean, we did not need for anything. The kitchen is well stocked, we appreciated the coffee bar and the mattresses are so comfortable. The views are so peaceful and the back patio is a great place for families. Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful! It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. Sandy was fantastic and very responsive. The house was clean and well supplied with anything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect and fully ready for us! The king bed was so comfortable! The house is stunning and so beautiful. We had 8 people and had plenty of room! The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after being on the lake all day! We diffently can't wait to come back!

Sandy was a fantastic host with great communication from start to finish. Check-in and out were seamless and instructions were clear and extensive. The property is beyond beautiful, spotless and extremely well appointed. Sandy has a wonderful talent for decorating which made the stay even more enjoyable. The views of the surrounding fields, including cows and horses, were spectacular- tranquil and lovely! We cooked on the grill (grill instructions were easy to follow, plenty of grilling utensils and spices), then ate in Senecaville, Cambridge, and Caldwell which were all easy 15-20 minute drives. It was an excellent stay- we plan to visit again!

Gorgeous!!!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. What a beautiful place to unwind! The home is straight out of the pages of architectural digest…. Thoughtfully appointed and stunning design choices throughout. The land surrounding the property is beautiful. Stacy was wonderful too!!. couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay!

Just Wow!

I’ve stayed at many places but this house is by far the nicest, it should be in a magazine! If you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay this is the place! Every aspect of the trip was wonderful (we even got the history of the farm from the owners mother who was very nice!). They thought of everything from the flavoring for your coffee to luxurious bedding. The outdoor area included an electrical fire pit, hot tub and table for 8. We had all our meals outdoors. We’re already planning our next trip to this beautiful home.

Great spot with everything you need!

This is a great property for a little getaway. We were here from Mississippi and another family from Florida so we could visit more family in Marietta. This place is gorgeous. It had everything we needed. We cooked several meals here and utilized the convection oven and the Blackstone. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots and utensils. The coffee bar was a necessity and we greatly appreciated it! Will probably stay here again when we come back up! Also enjoyed the white farm cat that said hello to us everyday, he was so sweet.

I feel like reviews suffer from grade-inflation - but this was a legit 10 out of 10! The interior was decorated beautifully, and the fixtures were top of the line. The ceilings were 10 feet throughout. The exterior had the old farmhouse charm, and the interior knocked out socks off. The kitchen was well supplied as were the linens. The coffee/tea station accommodated any desires - espresso machine, milk frother, drip coffee, pour overs, etc. Plenty of pods, sweeteners, tea bags and creamers. There was a great kitchen table where we played games throughout our stay. Beautifully tiled showers were nice as well as a claw-footed bathtub. A small thing, but a pet peeve of mine, yes, there were kleenex throughout. The outside space was beautiful. The hot tub was right outside the back door and shielded from the weather and the sun. The outdoor griddle was enjoyed during our stay. There was a beautiful gas fireplace outside that we did not use since it was 90 during our stay. It definitely got us talking that we’d like to come back in cooler weather so we could take advantage of that.Thanks for sharing this lovely place!

All I can do is echo the past reviews of this magnificent property. My husband and I were joined by my father and his girlfriend to celebrate his 70th birthday and this was the perfect place! They did not spare anything when updating- from the tile work to the classy designing, it is elegant and beautiful! By far the best house we have ever rented on VRBO. The host thought of everything- birthday candles, extra toothbrushes, fully loaded coffee bar, grill utensils, etc. My favorite thing was watching the sunrise over the barn from the master shower! The scenery was so amazing! There are other people that walk around the property but they did not bother us at all. We also took our dogs to Senaca Lake Park, which is only a couple of miles away. We definitely plan on coming back!

Weekend Stay

I couldn't be happier with our stay at the Garfield Inn. It was perfect for our group of five. The location was incredibly peaceful and private. Not only was the house absolutely stunning and clean, but it was also incredibly well-stocked with toiletries, paper and plastic products, coffee, tea, and much more. Which was greatly appreciated and a pleasant surprise compared to other rentals we have stayed at. The backyard with the firepit, Blackstone, and hot tub was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. It was also enjoyable to watch the neighboring barn animals. We even had the pleasure of meeting a white barn cat who was very friendly and appreciated the attention and treats.Sandy, the host, was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly when I reached out before check-in and checked in with us afterward to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you’re looking for a place in Sarahsville, this is it. You will not be disappointed.

Let me just start by saying, wow! The property is absolutely amazing. My friends and I stayed the weekend there and we couldn't have been happy or more impressed. The place is very clean and you can also tell the owners spent a lot of care and attention in the decoration of it. The gourmet kitchen provided everything that we needed to make our meals and the Blackstone was a nice treat. We loved the visits from Blu the barn cat. The beds were probably the most comfortable that we've slept on at any property we've been to. And my OCD friend was in heaven with how organized everything is. The view is really beautiful and was perfect for those early morning coffees sitting on the resort style deck. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely make this place our first choice the next time we need a getaway.
