'We were put into a handicap room. The blinds had no chain to operate them. It was a connecting room and only had a deadbolt, no safety lock. The elevator needs work. There was wet soap in the shower. And people were very loud. Not sure if they were employees or people staying in the hotel. And the room above us was really loud! Needs more sound proofing. Heat/AC was very loud as was the refrigerator. We did not get much sleep.'

The only reason I didn’t give the staff a 5 is because when we checked in the staff member seemed like she couldn’t be bothered, like she was tired or something. The. 'just stayed as an overnighter but the property and rooms were very clean. looks like the rooms may have been recently renovated but not sure. breakfast area very nice and clean and a good variety. brittney at the desk was pleasant and professional. location convenient and a good variety of eateries in the vicinity. would definitely stay there again'
