'This was an ok stay for us. Building is in need of some repair and remodeling.'

'I was given a handicap room which I did not ask for or need, especially with me being tall. Was charged to switch rooms and got to that room and toilet would not flush. Towels has raggedy ends. Overnight customer service was horrible!'
