'I've stayed in my fair share of five star hotels but this was by far the best overall hotel experience I've ever had. It's an absolutely beautiful property right on the water with so much charm, and the location is perfect. You can walk or ride their bikes to pretty much everything. The hotel also offers a BMW car service that's very lux and convenient. The rooms are extremely comfortable. But what really makes this such a special place is the staff. 'The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Nantucket and other cities. The staff was very accommodating and the shuttles ran every hour into town till 11:00 pm for when you wanted to go in. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nantucket. Topper’s was an exceptional dining experience. I felt like I was an extra in The Bear series.'

'Het hotel is nieuw en ziet er aan de buitenzijde mooi uit. Echter bij de ontwikkeling van het hotel is er totaal niet gedacht aan geluidsisolatie. Je hoort je zij- onder- en bovenburen, de airco zowel binnen als de units buiten, het geluid van het restaurant en allerlij andere vage herrie van machines in het pand. Ook zijn de harde houten vloeren gehorig. Het eiland is supermooi en delicate van het hotel ook, maar er zijn in de buurt veel betere alternatieven '

'Staff was extremely helpful and kind, there was a mixup through the third party we booked through and the staff was able to help fix the problem fast and efficiently. The rooms are newly updated clean and quiet. Great proximity to downtown area!'

'Very pleasant place; manager Monica helped us find a great place to eat. Room very small -- but we knew that before going. Lots of outdoor places to sit; nice chats with other guests. Some outdoor furniture in need of repair, but did not interfere with lovely visit.'
