'I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this property. This space is an unfinished basement that is absolutely not rental-ready, and the host Jias's response to my concerns was entirely dismissive.Major Issues with the Property:Unfinished & Exposed Structure: There is no ceiling. The wide-open floor beams, studs, nails, wiring, and plumbing are completely exposed. Because it is completely unfinished, insulation was actively falling out of the ceiling and landing directly onto my bed...
