'Paid for a water front room at checking I was told my room is not ready, but was told they have another that’s ready. Call the front desk to let them know what not satisfied with the room was placed on hold for five minutes after which I was told they don’t have any other room. Did not get room service, had to call for clean towels. Would not stay again.'

'I arrived at around 11ish to midnight, exhausted, and in need of a shower. On arrival I met with the girl at the desk (Heather) who was kind, courteous, and helpful. Heather checks me in. Second, when we got in, the tub in the bathroom was nasty with soap grime and mildew, the bathtub curtain had mold .
