« Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you’re interested. Checking in was very slow. »

« The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. »

« Stayed here on our recent trip south and again on our return home. Hotel and amenities were excellent and all the staff were exceptional in customer service. We are planning to book here next year. Would recommend staying here 100%. »

« The staff was very friendly and were great to work with. However, I would not suggest this hotel as a family or romantic getaway. To begin with, the front entance does not look like the main entrance, more of a side door. So much so, that I was ready to drive around the building to see if it was the correct door. The rooms are very nice but are not furnished with any toiletries. If you need something, it is all available by request. My understanding is that it is an extended stay hotel, so...
