'Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. '

'Our trip was a family and friends trip with 5 couples. We came to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails and the stay here was perfect for that! We were able to hop right on the trails from the cabin so Jo need to trailer anywhere!The cabins themselves were perfect with PLENTY of parking!! We had all we needed to make dinners, the islands in the kitchen were big enough for us to put chairs around if we wanted to play cards but the big winner for us was the gazebo area and fire pits. 'This place was a wonderful place to stay the host Gary is incredible. The house was very clean and only a short mile to the trail system down the road looks like very nice neighborhood wasn't worried about anything what do ever. Has everything you need at the house including firewood bathroom utensils and all other necessities.i would definitely think about staying there again and if you are looking and pick this place you won't be sorry!'

'Extremely Clean and all the amenities you need. Very easy parking with trailer. Offered a hose to rinse our side by side after riding. Very cozy and would highly recommend. Terry is a great host and communication was superb.'

'Words cannot describe how great the owner is. He was more than accommodating and gave us all the tips on how to get our trail permits for the trails. He even stopped by to make sure we were all good and didn’t have any questions. It was a mile down the road to two different trails and we could just drive our side by sides right to the trail my truck and trailer never left the driveway. I would stay here again when visiting the trails. '

'Really great property if you’re interested in riding outlaw trails! It was perfect for us as the Hatfield and McCoy is a bit busy and very groomed. Leave your trailer at the suite and ride right to trails, food, gas ect. Julie had a tablet with trail maps for us to rent which was awesome. The suite is cute, clean, and spacious.
