'What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. 'I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The microwave was unclean, and my children were subjected racial profiling by another guest. When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet was clogged for the majority of our stay.i am extremely disappointed I am on limited income and I had a terrible experience'

'Bathroom cold water ran very slow. Long baseboard heating was ugly and outdated and no longer used. Furnishings were very outdated.'

'My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...
