Kies je hotel in Miami County

'Good for 1 overnight stay. Nothing more than that. '

'Upon arrival at the facility, the front desk was very polite and quick to help me get checked in. After receiving our room key we headed out to go find our room. When we got to our room, the first thing I noticed was a foul odor. I notified the hotel via e-review as they sent a text questionnaire to ask how things were going so far. The room was a little cold so we turned on the heat. The heating/AC unit was absolutely filthy and as soon as we turned it on it filled the room with an additional...

'Very clean convenient all the way around'

'Staff was great and accommodating but the property is mid-run down/mid under construction. Room looked like it was half clean. Beds and linens were clean but there was dirt on the floor and it needed to be swept or vacuumed. Bathroom needed some updates for sure. There was a lot of rust and the tile and floor base was sloppy revamped. Walls had stains in a few places. Wouldn’t come again with my kids but if I was alone and just needed a quick cheap place to crash I would come back. Didn’t spend...

'Awesome visit'

'The staff was very personable and very helpful. Appreciated the water jug in the lobby and also the access to the coffee machine. The hotel was clean and well organized. The room was as expected, bed was comfortable and the shower head reminded me of a Seinfeld episode which made me laugh. Breakfast in the morning looked average but I did hear the staff say they were changing a few things. I did not eat anything, just had some juice and coffee. Checking out was easy. Appreciated all the...

'Professional and friendly stuff .'

'Extremely outdated and needs maintained better. Few holes in the walls and plaster damage from moisture. Positives are I didn’t see any bugs. Room looked clean and didn’t stink. Good value if your looking for a cheap stay.'

'The building and the room was very clean and appeared to be newer. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but I'm picky about my eggs and things, so... Coffee was good and hot.'

'Nice, new hotel with a great location and free staff. The rooms were modern and clean. We missed breakfast - but it looked good, plus they have a bar and offer in-room dining too.'

'We booked this room for a baseball tournament that we were arriving late to. We brought our two younger kids along so they could enjoy the pool while we waited for the baseball game. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was closed due to a health inspection failure. This was really disappointing as we were then stuck in a hotel room with 2 adults & 3 disappointed kids all night.'

'The only good thing about this stay was the staff were so nice. When we checked in we got to our room and there was only a king size bed when we booked a room for 2 queens and a pull out bed. We have 5 people. After sometime the manager was able to get us the right room. Got to our room and it smelt horrible, spider webs all over the windows, rubber band under the TV stand/desk and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the pool was under maintenance, which would have been...

'Staff is great, building needs updated.'

'The property was very clean. It was exactly how the pictures looked. Patricia was wonderful. We got to town early. She made it possible so we could check in early. She notified us that if there’s anything we need make sure we can get in contact with her.'
