« It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. Receptionist tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Expedia. One positive is that the bed was comfortable. « All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9 »

« The front desk lady was rude, manager on duty rude and when they gave us our key for our room it was a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. The only compensation was my 14 year old son could go to the snack pantry for free. Customer service was a 0 for sure »

« The place served it's purpose, there was a leak under the kitchen sink we didn't kniw was there till we got back one night and the property manager didn't call back till a few houra later. They have poison Ivy growing on the fence in the back yard so I couldn't let the kids out there to play, not to mention the gates on the fence don't work.
