'The location is fantastic for first time visitors. Everyone was pleasant and the view was amazing. The room was better than we ever expected. The two things that I didn’t like had nothing to do with The Whaler. One was ocean was so loud at night you couldn’t sleep with window open. That’s all mother nature at its purest. The kids playing in pond and disturbing the koi and frogs. Felt bad for the creatures, thats just parents not telling kids to be respectful of the environment! Overall,...

'The room was clean. Had a nice size balcony. Staff was friendly. Property located on the beach. In our villa the shower stall with the half glass door was very messy. Drinking water is free but it requires an acquired taste. The pool was a bit on the small side.'

'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'
