« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later. Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations...

« The room was clean the towels were fluffy and the sheets were crisp. Despite the highway being very close it couldn’t be heard. The staff was very nice and had great recommendations for supper. Would stay there again. »

« This is a very nicely remodeled hotel! Quick breakfast to grab on the go. Easy for a 1 night stay with a moving truck. »

« Overall the rooms were nice and clean, a little outdated but still good. Only complaint I had was that the room only had one roll of toilet paper to use, it would be nice to have an extra. Central to a lot of areas in Chattanooga and easy to walk to them as well. »
