'This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

'The place was lovely. Would have liked it closer to town but it was stated in the listing it was 10 miles away. The only suggestion I would make is to put in your listing that a fishing license may be required to fish. We loved the cleanliness of the cabin and the decor. We will definitely like to rent again when we plan to go there again. '

'It was a wonderful visit to Hot Springs for the first time! We loved how close the house was to town and the AT, as well as accessibility to many other trails! We enjoyed the character and history of the older house, and the quaintness of the town. It was a highly relaxing getaway, which is just what we needed. 'We spent 4 wonderful days at the Potter's Cabin. It is located at the top of a mountain about 20 minutes outside Asheville. We went into the city a few times but we much preferred the peace of the cabin.The hosts, Melanie and Doc, were wonderful. The cabin was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable.
