'New property. Clean, modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were only staying one night. It was quiet. We saw several deer in the adjacent field when we woke up! Breakfast was standard. I prefer more fresh fruit options. Overall a good stay.'

'The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.'

'This was a very clean, recently updated house in an excellent location near downtown. The furnishings, decorations, and kitchen furnishings were perfect. The second bedroom only has a twin day bed with a lower twin bed that pulls out. This was disclosed and it was comfortable. Overall a great property and recommend for parties of 4 or less. '

'We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. '

Little surprises and thoughtful details kept everyone smiling, the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, and the pickekball barn and garage hangout space were huge hits with our grandkids. 'We really enjoyed our stay for our girls weekend. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a fair amount of road noise. We took advantage of the Middlebrook Farm activities and enjoyed great local food and music. We requested an early check-in a few times and never got a definitive answer, but otherwise communication was timely and clear on the check-in process and check-out expectations. Would definitely recommend! '
