« My family of 6 had the best time staying here. We did a few day trips around the UP and other days stayed and enjoyed the property. We fished, we swam, we kayaked, we had bonfires and made s'mores, we played pool, we got to see a momma and baby dear several times roaming around the house, and more. It was perfect! And the home owner was very considerate and helpful our entire visit! We loved it and were crushed when we had to leave! »

« It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise. »

« Clean and cute, and just right for 3 of us to be based out of when we hiked at Pictured Rocks. Boomer was very friendly and told us the story of how the cabins came to be. Seney itself was quiet with not much happening, but a good place to sleep between Grand Marais and Munising. »

« This cozy little cabin in Grand Marais was clean, comfortable, and made for a great home base while exploring the area. We also appreciated that it allowed our two dogs, which made traveling much easier.We’d definitely stay here again. The only reasons we’re giving it 4 instead of 5 stars are that it’s about a 1.5-mile drive to the waterfront (rather than an easy walk), and the cabin uses well water that has a very orange color, so we’d recommend bringing your own drinking water.Overall, it was...

« The BEST place we’ve ever stayed!! Every room was spotless and so cozy! There was so much space for our family and so many things for kids to do. From board games, to the garage game room, to outside exploring. You won’t ever get bored here. Also, a quiet nice area that if you wanted to just relax the whole time, it’s perfect for that as well. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean, cozy, and the owner clearly puts in a lot of effort and care into this place.
