'The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....

'Located near many restaurant choices and other shopping. It is located just off the exit to I-81, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. No easy easy chair. Breakfast did not include eggs or meat. Sufficient parking close to entrance. Nonetheless, Great bargain.'

'The staff is amazing very helpful and even though the pool was down for maintenance the front desk kindly asked if we would like to use their sister Marriot down the street where we were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool- very good service would definitely go again.'

'Centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage naast het hotel. Mooie lobby. Starbucks inpandig. Net als een bar met 40 bourbons! En een restaurant. Mooie kamer zoals gewend in de Usa bij dit soort hotels. Super goed ontbijt met zeer veel keuze en Carl van het omelet, pannenkoeken station waar je alles kunt laten maken. Maar vooral Carl is geweldig, stand-up comedian. Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets...

'This hotel is conveniently located right off I 81. It's a nice property, well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, large room, good breakfast and there's also an on site tavern with good food and friendly staff. I was only there overnight but it checked all my boxes.'

'We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager when we checked in. The lobby is very clean and beautiful. The bar and restaurant were staff were very polite and efficient. Food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but could use an updating and painting refresh. But our stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel.'
