'The property is not well kept at all. The thermostat in the room didn’t function and the air conditioner barely did anything. The night lights on the bed did not work. Our bathroom had the end of a roll of toilet paper on check in.'

'Centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage naast het hotel. Mooie lobby. Starbucks inpandig. Net als een bar met 40 bourbons! En een restaurant. Mooie kamer zoals gewend in de Usa bij dit soort hotels. Super goed ontbijt met zeer veel keuze en Carl van het omelet, pannenkoeken station waar je alles kunt laten maken. Maar vooral Carl is geweldig, stand-up comedian. Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets...

'Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody...

'Great pool, free lobby coffee and tea, easy check-in/check-out; property was welcoming to a large group; rooms were top notch. One worker seemed very confused about how to obtain pool towels, however the rest of the workers throughout the stay were functional and successful at things. Breakfast was delightful and the breakfast attendants were helpful and took their jobs very seriously.
