'Coffee in the room, Holiday Inn would have been $400.00 and NO coffee in the room'

'This property is under major renovation and it truly needs it. No rooms on the ground floor are being used at this time. We stay on the 3rd floor. The room was clean, however the furniture and the fixtures were very worn out. The electricians were working on the things when we first got there and there was no power, but staff explain that to us and said it was only very temporary. Staff was helpful throughout. An upgrade at this property is badly needed!!'

'Even with moderate expectations, I was let down on a number of levels. The shower water smelled. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work?...

'Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!'

'The facility was well stocked with items we used. The master suite was wonderful. Laundry appliances and soap were available - and we used them. Because we were busy in town most of the weekend, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but it was available and ready for us. The host was very easy to reach whenever we had questions.'

'Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided.'

'Clean room. General areas clean. Very good value hotel for the price.'

'Room was clean and service was good.'
