I was visiting in Galesburg and had to book a room on short notice. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite at check in. i chose to walk up the carpeted steps which I noticed were dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. After going to my room, I found that the tub had hairs and was not clean. I immediately went back down to the desk and asked for another room. She had no problem doing so and asked if I had taken a picture so she could say something to the staff. I did so and she switched me to another room. This room was fine. Definitely nothing fancy but if you just need a place to shower and sleep it's fine. My only other complaint is that it sits right next to a highway so there was some traffic noise
