« Je laisse 5 étoiles car le prix est très bas, ce qui rend la vétusté tout à fait en adéquation avec le service vendu. C’est propre. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. J’étais déjà venu il y a 3 ans. J’ai réitéré pour le très bon rapport qualité/prix, et pour la proximité dans le bâtiment d’un restaurant très réputé et pas trop cher non plus. « The A/C was the noisiest I’ve heard within the US borders. Would have been acceptable in a developing country near the Equator (better noisy than no A/C) not the flagship hotel of the University of Iowa. The coffee shop was closed until 7am on a Saturday morning. I had to walk a few blocks to get some coffee before starting my day. There was no bathroom in the lobby, and the hotel is not connected to the parking ramp (had to walk outside). Will not return and does not recommend it. »

« I'll start by saying that any negative feedback provided by others I have reviewed is an automatic denial for future stays by the owners. Who does that?!! Otherwise, the stay was fine, the room was clean, breakfast was not great....eggs are super bland. We will be looking elsewhere next time as there are several hotels in the immediate area where, I assume, the owners will actually try to improve based on the reviews. »

« Magnfique établissement, très Confortable, très bien équipé .., accueil sympathique .... dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre compte tenu de son tarif, de même pour le parking ! Et enfin de gros travaux aux alentours avec grue et route barrée ne nous ont pas été signalés au moment de la réservation et auraient justifiés un rabais... Rooftop agréable mais très bruyant. Néanmoins nuit très agréable ... et établissement bien situé ! »

« Was surprised when we drove up the property had changed to Americ Inn. The Expedia website has not been updated in several months to reflect the change from Baymont by Wyndham. Also, the interior door security lock was missing. The mechanism on door frame was present but the security part on door was missing. didn't feel all that safe with an unsecured door. »
