My onmy complaint was the "accessible" room had a super deep bathtub with some rails in it. For someone like me with limited mobility i really had to struggle to get in there. Not very accessible. 'I stayed here for a month on a business trip. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a full kitchen, but you have to purchase cook ware or bring your own. Did not receive housekeeping, but I cleaned my own room. I had no issues and will definitely stay again. '
