'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Rooms are great! Beds are amazing!! Thank you!! ❤️❤️'

'Great location!'

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'The room that I was giving was very small "like a dog house" had to pay extra to get what I was expecting to get to start with. The TV reception was terrible. The host I talked with on the phone was nice. I will never stay there again.'

'Great place , clean and in a good area.'

'Room was very clean and comfortable with a great view and location. Had everything we needed for a quick getaway!'

'Always a pleasure staying here, nice rooms and a huge plus to have the Oak Restaurant on-site! A big shout out to the great bartenders! All the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this place, we will be back for our third time here!'

'clean room, helpful staff'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'

'Top hotel goede service goed ontbijt vriendelijke personeel!'

'Room was okay. Beds very comfy. No body was in the bottle and I didn't know this until I was already in the shower, No hair dryer in the bathroom. FRIENDLY STAFF. Syrup all in the floor of the breakfast area. An orange cone placed near it, but no one cleaned it up while I was out there. People stepping in it and tracking it around. Fair location.'
