'Hotel is very cool. Room is very dated, carpets were damp and wrinkly, around baseboards dirty, walls seemed dirty, bedding was clean. Bathroom has old tubs, not accessible for old people to get in and out of. My 81 year old mother could not shower as she could not access the shower.'

'The room smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in there. There was hair and stains on the bed sheets. Ran out of toilet paper and the tub did not drain well. Easy check in and check out. Very nice view. Wish the room was cleaner/fresher smelling.'

'The hotel bathrooms on 2nd nigh had cockroaches. I had 2 roomd booked, both had this. Elevator got stuck mutiple times. We had to use stairs to come down fom 7th floor. Downstairs batchrooms were not cleaned onn the morning. Front desk lady could not contact manager as she told us on Monday, he cannot be reach until wednesday.'

'Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.'

'Great location and property'

'it was amazing! smelled really good inside when we walked in. the hot tub was clean, plenty of towels available. the kitchenette has everything you need to cook, the fridge is a bit small but it has to be small in order to fit the space. I will definitely be coming back around wintertime to experience the cold weather in the dome house. it’s close enough to downtown hot springs'

'Great location for the wedding we were to attend at Anthony Chapel. Staff was very helpful for all of the rooms that I had reserved in making sure that my elderly parents were accommodated for their handicap needs and that my room was far enough away from them to have a break.'

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'We like it all. Stay there every time'

'Mold in the first room they put me in. Never staying here again'

'The speaker on the tv sounds blown or settings need to be changed. Closet door was broken. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful'

'It was perfect!'

'This place was awesome! The bed was perfect! I need to know what kind of mattress they use! The extras were unexpected. The location is 5 minutes from Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend Best Court when you are in Hot Springs, Arkansas.'

'Check-in was at 3. Got there a few before 4. Clerk tried to talk me into switching from the reserved 2 Queen to a king with a rollaway. Had 3 kids with us so I said no. He gives me a room key. We go up and two maids are in our room stripping beds. They tell us to give them 20 minutes. Now, this is an hour past check in. Kids take swimsuits in bathroom to change and we will kill 20 minutes at pool. I walk in and something wet all over floor. Not mop water because hairs are in it. Furniture is...

'Een goed hotel voor de prijs. De Hot Springs zijn interessant. De Chapel was mooi. Verder is het een stadje in decline.'
