'We had a wonderful stay at the Meadmore cottage on Hartwell Lake. The property is beautiful. The cottage is so clean and decorated nicely. We had six adults and my thrèe year old granddaughter. The cottage is safe for children and has three full baths. The owner, Doug is so nice and very accommodating. We could only stay two nights due to prior scheduling. 'Outdated, but otherwise FANTASTIC!'

'The host was very welcoming and interacted well. We missed comfortable seating, the bed creaked so loudly that to turn over would wake your spouse. There is need of roach intervention in the kitchen & bedroom. Also needs dish cloth and towel, oven mitts, a way to clean the grill.'

'They have done a great job of renovations. Room was great. Dinner in the 1918 house was superb, the food was priced very reasonable, and the waitress was wonderful. My husband has not stopped raving about the brussel sprouts, he got as a side dish. It was a great getaway...'
