« Very interesting house with a lot of character. We had 11 adults stay here and all were very comfortable. The backyard is the highlight of the location. The hosts were very responsive, and we all enjoyed the stay. I would say 12 adults is max with lots of extra capacity if you have children with the adults. The refrigerator is a bit small for a house that holds so many people but was not an issue for us as we were gone most of the time. I would also make sure your friends/family can...

« Kitchen had no toaster. Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Would not stay here again; needs a good cleaning. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again! »

« Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope. »

« We had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival -- the code wasn't sent ahead of time and we had a bit of a challenge trying to connect with Jeff, but the team at VRBO helped us navigate it and we were able to get in. It was important for us to get in right on time because we had tickets to the Big Ten women's basketball tournament at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We were grateful to have found a property that let us bring our dogs and had a safe, fenced backyard. »

With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money...

« The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful. »
