As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. 'First time at this hotel as I sometimes drive quite a long distance and Chattanooga is my stopping point Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, super comfy bed and pillows too bad I couldn’t stay longer. There’s a bunch of shopping centers all around, including a mall or two very close by'

'The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. '

'I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. '

'Call first before booking the pool indoors was freezing so cold the jacuzzi was cold and the nets were not great at all our refrigerator did not work so all our food spoiled we just went from March 7 to 11 Not happy '

'Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue.'
