« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Key cards continue to not work for two days straight. I had to get them redone. This resulted in me being outside of the hotel at 3 AM, unable to get in until finally the front door worked. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s clearly not their fault but this was not a good experience would not recommend. »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Spark by Hilton! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the mini fridge was very convenient. We also loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was plentiful and easy. The highlight of our stay was Anand (“Andy”) at the front desk. We were traveling with our grandson, who is on the autism spectrum, and Andy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He made us feel at home from the moment...

« The room was humid and dark. Not very inviting. »

« The room did not have any hot water, half of the room disnt have power and the phone did not work. It smelled very strong of pinsol in the room but the floors were dirty and surfaces were dirty. The door also doesn't meet the frame in places and allowing you to see outside. The hot tub was dated and the white fixtures stained and dirty. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. I got a refund and did not stay. »

« Definitely wasn't impressed with our stay. The pool was down so the kids could not swim. Our room was super nasty. Just walking on the floors turned your feet black we had to wash all kids feet and set them on the bed so their feet wouldn't get the sheets dirty. The floor on our room was very uneven. The pullout couch was super nasty. Had stains all over it. Definitely needs a lot of updates and a better cleaning service. The ONLY Positive side to the stay was the free breakfast.
