« Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults. « Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. « Rooms clean microwave and fridge/freezer Hard working staff, manager helps w everything Breakfast much more than ive ever experienced and good. I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee,tea, fresh fruit. »

« While this hotel has great breakfast, there were so many problems. -Elevator was broken all 4 days. -Ice machine broken except on top floor ( but no elevator) all 4 days -Guest laundry on 1st floor broken dryer. -All bathroom fans turned off at property (if you hand wash clothes they never dry), -Housekeeping service never offered or explained if it is limited. This is a one-star hotel. »

« We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call.
